THE KNOT

While we love the contemplation, patience, and purpose that goes into the tying of any knot, we’ve chosen three that are particularly meaningful to us when heart and hands are heavy. With unique expressions of each knot and complimentary knot starter kits, we invite others to share in the magic of these movements.

THE KIT

Each knot featured comes with rope + instructions for you to work with and tie your own meditations. Use each rope separately for three simpler knots, combine all strands into one larger knot, or improvise as you go and see what space and shapes unfold. As long as you appreciate the puzzle, keep focus on its intention, and allow the reflections that come (or don’t!) along the way, the movements are at work.
